Plywooryx FFP – Film faced plywood

Film Faced Plywood (FFP) is more commonly referred to as formwork plywood.
The Plywooryx FFP is special plywood with two sides covered with anti-wear and waterproof film. The film is impregnated adhesive paper, different from Plywooryx PP or MDO|HDO film. The function of the film is to protect the interior wood from moisture, water, weather, and extend the life of the plywood. The Plywooryx FFP can be used in a very aggressive outdoor environment, concrete formwork, floor, vehicle construction.

The most commonly used dandruff is black and brown dandruff. Plywooryx FFP with a brown film is generally better quality than the Plywooryx FFP with a black film.

Plywooryx products are generally made of poplar, which allows us to provide excellent value for money for everyday use. We have at our customers’ disposal hardwood sheets (eucalyptus, birch…) that we use for hardwood veneers for the realization of structures such as bridges or high buildings, and this at very attractive prices.

Plywooryx products are supplied in several sizes and thicknesses:

Dimensions: 610x2440mm, 1220X2440mm, 625x2500mm, 1250X2500mm, or 4’x 8’’, standard size, large size, special size.

Thickness: 4mm to 30mm (4mm/ 6mm/ 9mm/ 12mm/ 15mm/ 18mm/ 21mm).

Plywooryx MDO | HDO – Medium| High-density overlay

Our medium- and high-density MDO|HDO plywood is covered with high-performance waterproof paper that provides a smooth, matte finish to formwork concrete surfaces. Depending on the customer’s choice, the MDO|HDO can be covered on one or both front and back sides. The MDO|HDO is much more robust and more durable than the FFP, therefore of superior quality.

Depending on the desired mechanical properties, the MDO|HDO is available with several species of wood which are poplar, combi, eucalyptus, pine, birch, meranti. Regardless of the type of wood chosen, we guarantee the rigidity of our Plywooryx products and their stability throughout their life cycle.

Multifunctional, the MDO|HDO plywood panel can be used for concrete formwork as well as for the manufacture of furniture, wardrobe as well as the promotion of signs or outdoor posters.

Plywooryx HPF(PP) – Hollow plastic forwork (PP)

The Plywooryx HPF(PP) is an eco-responsible formwork plate made of polypropylene, its manufacturing process gives it very interesting features:
